Arby's
Description
Despite a few setbacks, this restaurant offers a mix of good food and friendly service. Though the highly anticipated turkey club was unavailable, patrons enjoyed the quality of other menu items, like the Wagu burger and various sandwiches. Cleanliness seemed to be an issue, with dirty floors noted in an otherwise empty dining room. Service at the drive-thru was notably slow but friendly, with staff members displaying a commendable level of politeness. At Arby's, there was no turkey available, so I couldn't try the turkey club as I had hoped. The dining area had dirty floors throughout. My party of two was the only one there. Despite the empty restaurant, the supervisor kept complaining about how busy they were. The menu options were limited, which was disappointing.
The drive-thru service is slow, which seems common nowadays. I tried the new Wagyu burger but wasn’t impressed and will likely stick to the regular meat options next time. The staff during my visit were friendly and apologetic about the wait times. However, there is one older employee who I find difficult to deal with—she can be rude, argues about orders when they’re incorrect, often forgets to return credit cards, and insists she did even when the card is still in the payment machine.
The service at this restaurant was unsatisfactory. I had to repeat my order ten times at the drive-thru, and they still got it wrong. I also had to communicate with four different people through the microphone. It was a frustrating experience, and I will not be returning to this location.
The service was terrible—slow and rude. There was only one other customer in the restaurant, yet the service was still poor. The food was also disappointing.
