My party of two was the... read more At Arby's, there was no turkey available, so I couldn't try the turkey club as I had hoped. The dining area had dirty floors throughout. My party of two was the only one there. Despite the empty restaurant, the supervisor kept complaining about how busy they were. The menu options were limited, which was disappointing.

I tried the new Wagyu burger but wasn’t impressed and will likely stick to the regular meat options next time. The staff during my visit were friendly and apologetic about the wait times. However, there is one older employee who I find difficult to deal with—she can be rude, argues about orders when they’re incorrect, often forgets to return credit cards, and insists she did even when the card is still in the payment machine.

I also had to communicate with four different people through the microphone. It was a frustrating experience, and I will not be returning to this location.

It's an Arby's it's a delicatessen with fast food mentality it's not as quick as a McDonald's, Burger King,ect but it's not as sloppy either. Get a market fresh... read more It's an Arby's it's a delicatessen with fast food mentality it's not as quick as a McDonald's, Burger King,ect but it's not as sloppy either. Get a market fresh sandwich have some poppers and stick with a medium cuz those drink sizes are huge
