Ordered chipotle yesterday went in at the time it was promised and waited over 15 minutes past that time with others. It was online orders only at the time. I didn’t see a single employee in the store. I had to be somewhere and didn’t have time to wait around in a place where people aren’t even doing their jobs. I’ve requested a refund from chipotle customer service and haven’t heard a thing back since. Looks like th... View all feedback.
