Ordered chipotle yesterday went in at the time it was promised and waited over 15 minutes past that time with others. It was online orders only at the time. I didn’t see a single employee in the store. I had to be somewhere and didn’t have time to wait around in a place where people aren’t even doing their jobs. Big chicken Burrito. Friendly staff. Good value for money.
I really like it and the food they do there, they are really very polite and very personal for customers. This is one of my best restaurants.
Online order is easy and always accurate. Food always delicious. However make sure you time your order correct because they will not help you if you need to make any adjustments (I tried, they said they would, and nothing changed/happened)
I go here almost every day because there veggie bowls are so good and they give you a lot of food in it. But one thing they need to work on is only putting a little meat and a lot of everything else because my mom and sister loves the chicken bowls but it's never a lot of chicken on it. But there great!
