I specifically requested banana flavoring in my white mochas, but the girl working didn’t seem to understand. The drink was okay, but not at all what I wanted, and definitely not worth the $15 I paid.

(The super... read more I’m not sure what happened to this place over the years but I am no longer a fan. Before ordering a beverage I asked did they have a flavor in stock. (The supervisor in the previous weeks said she would order that flavor and told me to come back) I was told yes by two people behind the counter prior to ordering. I proceed to order, pay, and tip. 5 minutes into waiting a woman who had been waiting much longer than me had received the incorrect order and was not refunded or corrected. Then 10 minutes into me waiting for my order, I’m told that they DO NOT have the flavor I asked about prior to ordering. I ask for a refund. The supervisor/manager doesn’t know how to work the POS system well..as the same girl that told me it was okay to order is helping him with the system, I’m told that I HAVE BEEN REFUNDED. No receipt. They were flustered. It’s the next day, I have not been refunded. I show up to the store at the only time of day I have available…they aren’t even open for their opening business hour with no communication why. I have been coming to this place since Wake Zone OPENED in apex… I’m obviously highly disappointed but yall can’t just take money from multiple people that didn’t receive what they ordered.

From the decor of cafe to the top notch Customer service, I found myself wanting to visit again even before I left. I was served an Iced Wake Oasis Mocha and truly enjoyed very drop. The young ladies that provide stellar Customer service, not only were knowledgeable of the products being served, but could as well share their wonderful experiences as key members of the Wake Oasis family. Even though this was my first time stepping into a Wake Oasis, I felt like part of the family. I live about 40-50 minutes away and I will definitely make it a point to come back. I will pass up an unknown number of coffee houses to visit Wake Oasis. Thank you to the amazing leadership (leading by example) that you have provided for your team. Planning next trip already. Keep your Fin Side Down and surf on!
