There was a 30-minute wait, but they had ample seating in the hallway so it was not crowded near the entrance. Plus they sent a link via text so you could check to see where your name was in lineand how long you had waited and how many people were still in front of you, so it made it easy to shop nearby without worryingyou would miss your spot. Every restaurant should use this technology! The service was impeccable. The staff were all extremelyknowledgeable, ridiculously attentive, and worked well as a team. As soon as we produced a dirty dish I barely had time to blinkbefore it was whisked away! I was not able to eat many of the items on the menu because most dishes seemed to include friedfood or a very spicy component. That is just my personal taste, so I cannot judge them on that. I was able to order the salmondish exactly as it was served, plus I added a side salad. The flavors used together in the entree were absolutely incredible! Itruly understood the significance of a well-made sauce, as it not only complimented but enhanced the flavors in the dish. WOW.It was like eating a large piece of deconstructed perfect sushi! The bartender also made a custom drink for me (pomegranatemartini), which was delicious and beautifully presented. I'll definitely keep them in mind the next time I'm in the area!

They are simply amazing. One of the best appetizers on the menu. Definitely one of my favorites. Our server Juliet was wonderful. Her recommendation of a 'When life gives you Lavender ' cocktail, was spot on! It was a deliciousdrink. I tried the Lobster Mac Cheese. The truffle lobster bisque was outstanding. The noodles were good, and to oursurprise, there was a lobster tail on the dish. The lobster was seasoned well, however no lobster 'tools ' were given to us (weasked but we were told they didn 't have them) so we had to pull the lobster meat from the tail with our hands. It was quitemessy. As we struggled to pull the lobster meat out of the shell, we noticed the lobster was undercooked. This was adisappointment, as the flavors were excellent. Perhaps the lobster meat can be fully removed from the shell by the chef andpresented on the dish? Overall our experience was wonderful.

The waitstaff was not very attentive, which was the only real downside of the experience and we're not tough customers, we justasked for drink refills! On the upside, the Scratch fries appetizer was mind blowing and the fried chicken for the salad and thechicken salad was some of the best we've ever had! We'll definitely be backnas the menu is varied and had some very intriguingchoices!

We went on a Saturday night and there was about a 1 hour wait but they take your phone number and send you a waitlist that will update your place in line. This feature was great as we were able to hang out indowntown Apex and get back in time for our table. All food was great!! We started with the firecracker shrimp which was a verygenerous portion and delicious. I got the poke bowl and my boyfriend got the BBQ burger. I also got a honey don?t be sourcocktail which was perfect. Overall everything was great!!

Excellent staff. We started with the green tomato stacks, which were delicious. My wife had the low country pad Thai for her main course. I had the Lobster Mac n cheese. The pad Thai was delicious (I actually got to try somebefore my wife gobbled it all down). It?s an interesting but delicious twist on pad Thai. With our server?s recommendation, Igot the Lobster Mac n cheese with white cheddar. Even without the delicious succulent lobster, this was the best Mac n cheeseI?ve ever had. Add the lobster and it is way over the top. We finished our dinner with the Coco Seduction to go and ate it laterin our hotel room. It was incredibly well presented for a to go order and absolutely delightful. There are about 12 other thingson the menu we want to try so next time we?re in town, we are definitely coming back for more!
