They do not put mustard on their burgers but I requested mustard and was happy they put it on my burger. Thank you. It's not a burger without mustard for ME. The fries were not hot but that is the NORM for all the fast food places and it is EXTREMELYannoying. And if I specifically tell them the fries have to be very hot, they won't listen!! I'm so tired of lukewarm friesfrom the drive thru. I send them back then they force me to wait forever. Just get it right the first time. I'm sure I'm notthe only one who wants HOT fries. Today's hamburger had more onion than burger.
There's an employee at Wendy's who is very helpful and has a smile on his face no matter what. His name is Leton. Thank you for making sure your customers are happy Leton, good work!

Food is good, workers friendly. Took me 9min to get through the drive-through yesterday for dinner. I had ordered on the app and good was ready at the window, but only 3 cars ahead of me and 9mins a bit too much, I think.

The food was fairly good compared to other fast food options in the area. However, the girl who took our order forgot to ask what size frosties we wanted, and now we ended up with large ones that we won’t be able to finish.
My family and I, have been coming to this Wendy's since it opened, Unfortunately the service and the food is very poor especially the last few months. Who ever the manager is on duty today is completely incompetent. I called after getting home 10 minutes from the restaurant, and my Jr.cheese burgers were ice cold.I drove straight home. The manager tells me it's my fault it was 30 minutes from the time I ordered, but forgot that I waited 15 minutes in line after giving them my card. I assumed the burgers would be fresh because of the Long wait. Wow was I wrong!!. I called when I got home 8 to 10 minute's later because they were ice cold. I mean they had to be cold when they were put in the bag. It takes me 8 minutes to get home.This manager tells me it's my fault thekwas ordered 30 minutes ago?? That 30 miniutes was probably when they took my Money. I asked him if he was telling me it was my fault?? He said yes it is. It's To bad you don't want to hear it?? I was stunned I couldn't Believe what he just said to me?? I seriously lost my cool.. I couldn't believe how rude he was, and blamed me for the poor service and terrible food his crew provided. I have had several incidents with this Wendy's, before this, for serving us the wrong food, or cold food??, but the managers before him have always been polite and willing to make things right. I dont have time to deal with this unprofessional manager and seriously terrible reaction from him. I will never come back to this Wendy's ever!!. I am extremely shocked and disappointed about this entire transaction. I will be calling the Corporate office as well. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS WENDY'S.
Normally this place is on key but tonight cold cheddar cheese sauce on my bacon cheddar. Was so gross it literally chilled the burger to ice cold on way home I had to nuke it in microwave. Why cold cheddar? Did they just take it out of fridge with no warming? And again this place is normally on key but tonight 4-26-2022 at 10pm not so much. Even the drive thru didn't ask for options I had to ask for crispy chicken vs grilled. Didn't ask me for spicy or regular on nugs either. When you pay $23 at fast food for 2 people to eat you expect the quality to be better. These were not cheap dollar items!
Hit or miss based on the staff there. Some people working there are consistently kind good at their jobs. Some you can tell hate their job and hate all the customers

On my recent visit to this restaurant, I was pleasantly surprised when the staff added a cookie to my order after I casually mentioned it while talking about my frosty. I hadn't asked for it since it wasn't on the menu, but it was such a thoughtful gesture! The place is very clean, and the atmosphere is welcoming, with outstanding service throughout!
I had an amazing lunch! The ambiance was clean and peaceful, and the staff ensured I had everything I needed. A huge thank you to Wendy's for this wonderful experience. Please take a moment to acknowledge your team and let them know that Christopher Metcalfe has returned!
