Sorry I don't work the food industry for a reason I shouldn't have to do my own order especially when it is almost 3 dollars for a simple cheesburger.

It’s literally only a couple more minutes—roughly 120 seconds. I wouldn't mind waiting a little longer behind someone for my food. I have worked in drive-thrus during my younger years, and mine was known for being one of the fastest and most accurate. A wait time of about two minutes and thirty-five seconds is perfectly reasonable; anything over five minutes should be the exception. It's more customer-friendly if they don’t push people out of the drive-thru. It’s understandable occasionally, but at this location, it seems to have become a regular practice. I’ve even been asked to move when there was no one behind me. I politely declined and explained that I would wait since there was no one behind me. The young lady looked at me as if I had just kicked her puppy or something! My order was ready just seconds later, and I remarked, "See? That wasn't so hard!" I just wish they could relax and enjoy their work a little more—everything will be just fine!

The French fries were lukewarm and hard, as if they had been sitting for an hour. The Chicken McNuggets were warm but overly soft. I can't believe I paid $32.15 for such terrible food. I wouldn’t recommend eating at this McDonald's. My order number was 1367, placed on 12/03/2022 at 2:09 PM.

Then my son went there for lunch a week later, ordered one 6 piece mcnuggets, was charged for 3 orders. 6 out of 6 orders in the past couple of months have been wrong and missing items absolutely will not go here again. Slowest location I’ve ever been to. I placed a mobile order for pick to save time, and still waited 45 minutes for 2 sandwiches…and they managed to forget half the order. For delivery, they cancel online orders without rhyme or reason. When I try again sometimes it will go through and sometimes they will continue to cancel it. My order has not been correct for the past 4 times in person or online, and I'm literally just handing them money for items I never get at this point. This location needs a serious overhaul.

I... read more Worst McDonalds Service I have ever had since the mid 1970s. I ordered a quarter pounder meal, a double quarter pounder meal, and a 20 piece chicken McNugget. I paid at the drive through at 2:09pm. I was asked to pull around as my order was not ready. 20 minutes later, the kid at the drive through brought out my food. He said that they ran out of quarter pounder patties andhad to get more out of the freezer. The burgers were barely warm, and my wife's burger wasn't even cooked properly (see photo). The french fries were luke warm and hard, like they had sat for an hour. The chicken nuggest were warm and squishy. I can'tbelieve I paid $32.15 for this horrible food. Don't eat at this McDonalds. The staff was exceptional, particularly the woman who greeted me and took my order. She was upbeat, friendly, and clearly enjoyed interacting with customers. What impressed me the most was her accuracy—my order was perfect, which is a rarity at many fast food places. Great job, and thank you! I would gladly come back anytime.
