I love their fries and their Buffalo sauce but their portions are small for the price. I go here because we don't have them in Atlanta area. So I stop whenever I'm in Alabama. Usually get the strips (chicken fingers) combo.

Went for a fast dinner. Ordered a burger and chicken fingers. The food was great. Fast and friendly service every time. Their honey mustard dipping sauce is the best.

I've always loved jacks .. but I decided to get the sausage wrap I bought 2 .. I ate the first one and didn't taste sausage I opened the second one and realized it has a quarter size piece of sausage on it and they charge as much as a biscuit for them.. I went back and ask is this normal they said that's all they are allowed to put on it.. shame on jacks for camping on all of us customers who are allowing them to open up multiple locations

Jack's advertises their Mac N Cheese as being served in a full container, but the actual portion is about a third less! It tastes good, but I only got two spoonfuls. That's not right.
