They ruined my order, I got a sausage and cheese biscuits and instead got an egg and cheese biscuits, but I cried and they were then happier to replace it. Very friendly and very busy View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Jack's:
11/10 4:30 Your border checkout should be fired. Who shouts and crashes at a customer because THEY didn't hear the order correctly?? This was after we stood there 5 minutes before they even went past to take the order. He went out and will never be back.
Love Jack's but this store (my store) seems to be a little slow, even in non-peek times, love love my Jacks

Jack's advertise their Mac N Cheese in a full container. But the actual serving is 1/3 less! It's good but I only got TWO spoonfuls? Not right
