Jack's advertises their Mac N Cheese as being served in a full container, but the actual portion is about a third less! It tastes good, but I only got two spoonfuls. That's not right.
I really enjoy Jack's, but this location (my local one) tends to be a bit slow, even during quieter times. Nonetheless, I am a big fan of Jack's!
I received an egg and cheese biscuit instead of the sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit I had ordered. However, when I called to inform them of the mix-up, they were quick to offer a replacement. The staff was very friendly, despite being quite busy.
I had a really disappointing experience at this restaurant on November 10th at 4:30 PM. The cashier at the front was very rude, and she yelled at me because she didn’t hear my order correctly. This occurred after I had already waited five minutes before she came over to take my order. Ultimately, I decided to walk out, and I won’t be returning.
I love their fries and their Buffalo sauce but their portions are small for the price. I go here because we don't have them in Atlanta area. So I stop whenever I'm in Alabama. Usually get the strips (chicken fingers) combo.
