Very impressed by the effectiveness and friendliness of the staff. The place is a little dated on the inside and outside, but this can only be concentrated on the food. Food was beyond expectations. The rice was also tasteful. And the portions are big enough to fill you, but small enough to try everything in your plate. Sushi was great. I just tried sushi once and this place made me live sushi. What Doris Sudduth doesn't like about Ono Grill:
We spent $120 for three people and the food was mediocre at best. The atmosphere was kind of run-down looking. The server was wonderful, she did everything she could to make the experience a good one. Wheelchair accessibility: The ramp to get inside is rather steep. I tried the California Roll and a roasted shrimp. Both very good and well done. It was also clean and easy to find. We went during lunch and it was very easy to find what I wanted to eat. The waitress made it clear.
The food is very tasty and the service is wonderful. I never felt dissatisfied. If you ask yourself whether you go or not, definitely go; You will not regret you did!
Ono is a bit of a hole in the wall, but in a good way. Hardly ever crowded and in good enough shape still that it’s not a deal breaker. The food and service are good, but they only serve beer and wine, no full bar with mixed drinks. The whole point of going to these things is that they put on a show, and they do the whole shebang. They set stuff on fire and all that jazz. The main point is that you have to take this place for what it is, an older building that is not in the greatest location but has good food and is usually not busy.
Very good first time eating here got the 3 roll sushi also included soup and salad .
Sure, this place looks like the epitome of a hole in the wall decoration, but with another half-priced sushi special every day of the week, attentive service and delicious Hibachi selections, what is not to love?
