Description

Mi Estrella has received a range of reviews, from highly positive to extremely negative. Some customers have had terrible experiences with long wait times and unsatisfactory service, while others have praised the restaurant for its delicious food and friendly service. The beef fajitas seem to be a standout favorite, along with the salsa and guacamole. Overall, Mi Estrella is a local Mexican restaurant worth trying for a good meal at fair prices, particularly if you enjoy beef fajitas.

Came here for a quick dinner. Had the Chimichanga with fajita chicken and a sweet tea to drink. Was served hot and tasty. sweet tea was great too. Chips and salsa also worked well. Will be back again and I'm sure they will get the 5th star then. Parking can get tight when busy or if other businesses are busy.

Small locally owned restaurant. They have Agua frescas- horchata and tamarindo. They have a huge menu including lunch specials available 11-3. Chips and salsa are complimentary. This will be our new favorite Mexican restaurant:

Taco salad was small but tasted okay, however when I asked for the beans, that was shown in the description on the menu, I was brought refried beans. I was like are you kidding me? Who the heck puts refried beans on a salad??? Very rude waitress with a bad attitude. Prices are too high for the portion you get. They refuse to substitute anything. Will not return!

Not good. Called up here one night to get something to go and they wouldn't take my order. Ha! Guess they were just soooooo busy. These idiots suck. Food is subpar at best. I e had cardboard that taste better than their fajitas. Do yourself a favor and stay far away!!!

Their lunch deals are solid, and it is clean space to sit down, and enjoy a meal if you want to take a break. I love corn tacos and I stick to the the carne asada and the barbacoa which are both done well. Rice and bean are common fare and they have massive tortas as well. The chips are made fresh, they literally come out warm from the fryer hot, and the salsa is really good, with a nice spicy kick. The horchata is as good as any i have had from my typical mexican haunts in Carrollton and Dallas. Authentic and perfect compliment to the spicy salsa and food. Great place to get good mexican food in Anna. It is a 3, but a very strong 3.
