What Jamie B dislikes about Subway:
The girl who took my order handed me my food as if I were a dog. What’s really frustrating is that I had my hand out to receive it, but she still slid it over and just walked away. View all feedback.

Usually orders are smooth. It has seats, but I prefer to take it away.

Went in here to use the coupon that comes in the mail and the guy tells me that his manager said that on the subway club you can't use a coupon no where on the coupon does it state that sandwich was excluded he says his manager said no . If that's the case don't send out the coupon .I also asked for the managers name and he tells me the manager does not want her name giving out if its just for a Complaint I hope this is not the way you want your business to run. Get the kids out the way and put some mature adults in the store and people that understand what you are saying .badd business.....

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME!!!Short Version: Poorly trained, lack of basic food service protocols, no one speaks any form of English, over charged, extremely poor customer service and have absolutely no clue how to make any of the sandwiches they sell.Long Version:1- None of the three ladies behind the counter had enough English to properly take an order, communicate with the customer, confirm anything about the order, or even ask questions. Pointing and nodding only gets you so far. Seriously horrible experience! This doesn’t include the fact they had to keep starring at the menu board every step of the way, and still didn’t help.2- Basic food prep protocols means wear gloves! Which I felt absolutely grossed out for the customer behind us had her two sandwiches made with out gloves. I truly hope those hands were washed at least! Couldn’t even say or bring anything up since they wouldn’t understand anyways.3- From the 5 sandwiches I watched (1 in front of me, 2 of mine, and 2 behind me) all of them were wrong! None were anything special but ordered directly off the menu and communicated using the number on the menu. The customer in front asked for a basic sandwich only for the lady behind the counter make something TOTALLY different, even when the customer multiple times said something. I had to correct my sandwiches 4-5 times with the lady behind correcting 3-4 times and this wasn’t anything super complicated…”I want X number please on white…” etc. Then half way through have to say “No a number X, it doesn’t have XYZ” AND on top of all this, any time someone gave the number of the menu item they would stare behind them lost, still making it wrong only to have to re-reference the menu board. I get lack of training but I know there are small charts available for reference for all the sandwiches made for newbies as I have seen them on permanent view at other location at the top of the food bar area.4- I understand the increased pricing over the years but for what you are getting, the sandwiches aren’t anything special for what they are asking, is getting insane. Not to mentioned being doubled charged on one sandwich. Let me explain, I ordered one wrap #10 and one white #10 6inch. The wrap was DOUBLE the price for the same amount of toppings!!! Seriously!?! I get it if the topping were that of a foot long, BUT NO! The wrap was smaller than the standard 6inch, same toppings, but double the price for a damn tortilla!!! Not even a fancy special tortilla…just a standard flour! Freaking ridiculous! Even worse the person couldn’t even roll up the wrap…I legitimately received a softball of toppings wadded up in a tortilla. Even a child knows how to basic roll a burrito even without folding the sides and this was a damn softball.I truly hope this place goes under, closes and gives another business an opportunity to show how it should be done cause this place doesn’t deserve any business whatsoever at this current moment! Harsh but true, and not the first time for this place. Strike 3, same on me for trying.Sandwiches were eatable but nothing special and kinda stale, was fed up at this point and past too hungry to care, pretzel was terrible and rubbery, soda fountain had two out of orders and one not functioning correctly.

I am a person who gives respect to others, however today I came to this subway location since it is the closest I had to where I have to work today. A very friendly lady helped me and suddenly another person named Isabel made me sad. to say out loud what I wanted to hurry up that I didn't have time and at that moment there was only me and a colleague so there was no one else, only one man but they had already taken care of him, the simple truth is what an unpleasant experience on their part from Isabel and the other lady who helped me, I don't know her name but I hope her attitude doesn't change ??
