Ordered KFC bowl with an extra biscuit. Most of the pieces of chicken contained very little chicken but we're mostly breading. Now the thing Im most angry about the biscuit. I ordered an extra biscuit meaning it did not come with my meal but I had to pay extra for it and what these (insert bad word) gave me was a piece of bread that was so hard I could have used it as a hammer to repair my fence. When you people grab a biscuit that is as hard as a meteorite don't give it to a paying customer WTH is wrong with you throw the damn thing out and give the paying customer a nice fresh fluffy biscuit instead of ripping us off. How would you feel pulling out a piece of food you just paid money for and it's not even edible. Un freakin believable
Went at 10:30 PM and said oh we’re closed just Taco Bell? Why online is it open until “12” when you’re only serving the other? Just change the hours if it’s incorrect. It’s misleading.
This is the saddest location and yet the closest if you live in Anna. I have been told my chicken is cold because they stop cooking it at 8 because they close 10! So you’re admitting to selling people 2 hour old/cold chicken. The male Hispanic manger is rude and extremely disrespectful. The front counter feels disgusting and the air smells stale. I understand the struggles of living in a small town, but that shouldn’t mean degraded food and service…
Absolutely the dirtiest place I’ve ever been. Doors, windows everything. Ah but the staff was sitting around doing nothing. The cashier sits at a table waiting for customers. The manager seemed unfazed by my complain about cold food.
