We were one of their first customers and watched as the business grew and staff forgot how to treat customers in nice polite way, told by owner that she is there not there to impress customers. With that attitude is no wonder we feel it has lost its way. You expect a Coffee House to have trained barista, but they serve the worst coffees in Arbroath (I’ve tried them all). Fantastic cafe, very friendly polite staff made to very welcome fantastic food large portion size also cakes are amazing!
Got cupcakes for vatertag and the service was excellent. I am, had swallowed time for the collection and until I wanted to be ready, the load would be closed. so that one of the staff members kindly throw them to me in my home address and they were delicious.

Great food and good service. the price is very good value for money and the location of the caffe is in order.
Got a birthday cake for my wife in one weeks notice. As well as looking great it tasted even better, she loved it. It's a shame we had to share it Great job koko bean girls i will be back
