Every dish we... read more We had an outstanding dining experience with delicious, well-prepared, and beautifully presented food in a clean, modern, and comfortable setting. Every dish we tried was fantastic, making it hard to choose wrong from the menu. The wine selection was excellent, fairly priced, and served in appropriate glassware. The staff were friendly, efficient, and attentive, which added to our enjoyment. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and will certainly return the next time I'm in the Ferry. Meal type: Dinner.

I chose the red deer for my main course, which was juicy and tender, while my wife had the beef, which was equally delightful. For dessert, we indulged in the apricot frangipani tart and chocolate mousse—both were exceptional. Overall, we had a fantastic meal at a reasonable price. If there’s one area for improvement, it would be the selection and quality of wines by the glass. If you find yourself near Dundee, definitely book a table here and treat yourself to a wonderful dining experience!

The service was equally exceptional, receiving a 5 as well. The atmosphere was just as impressive, also earning a solid 5. I highly recommend trying their creative version of Sticky Toffee Pudding, the scallops, and the pan-fried beef fillet.
