I recently discovered this cozy bistro in Arbroath, a town with limited vegan options, and was pleasantly surprised by their selection of Vegan Greek dishes. I tried the falafel pita bread, which was delicious and made with fresh ingredients. The waitress was also very friendly and accommodating.
Sat down in an empty restaurant, ordered a lot of food and told we were ordering a lot of food (surely this is a good thing for any restaurant). Ordered a few drinks, yet when new customers arrived after paying the bill and giving a tip, we’re basically hassled out the door… Now I understand why it’s empty. We won’t be back. Good luck pissing off locals like that. Such a shame as food was nice enough yet when you’re treated like that, don’t expect me back.
