The staff especially was so accommodating and helpful. I am sure I made a few friends here in my 4 days in the Radisson Blu hotel in Andermatt. The tall lady with blonde hair was the sweetest person I met. Always happy to help and understand the clients, they do every bit to make your holiday into a memorable experience. Awesome location and an out of the world atmosphere to go with it. We arrived there by the Glacier Express (saw the Oberalpsee on the way too), which was again a super thrill!!! Forever recommended!!

I dont think I have ever experienced such awful restaurant service it took 1.5h for them to serve a ceasar salad and were absolutely rude while doing it. this r... read more I dont think I have ever experienced such awful restaurant service it took 1.5h for them to serve a ceasar salad and were absolutely rude while doing it. this restaurant is an absolute joke. the servers ignore the clients, they treated our children with such disrespect. Never again!!!
