The service always made an effort. At least the toilet was clean. Answer to the answer from the owner: Bottom comes from the bottom drawer and means that what was offered was not perceived as good at all. Not only was the cheese in the hamburger cold, the chicken nuggets were also of very poor quality. The frying process was fine so far. But if the raw material is not right you can no longer win with it. Due to a lack of feedback on site: Even placing the order was linguistically difficult, so we decided not to contact the staff directly. I think it's more important if the boss knows that you should receive further training.

When I ordered a kebab to take away (around 2 p.m. , the grill had to be turned on first, the kebab meat was still raw, but already used on the skewer. After 20 minutes I received the kebab I ordered in the bag. When we looked in the bag on the way, we were surprised to see that we got Dürüm and not kebab. The meat was also barely cooked (still light, not grilled brown, as it should be and we only ate part of it. For me, flame means flame, fire and grill... But the only thing that is flame here are the prices: for 12-14 CHF a kebab, with such poor quality. A pity. I won 't eat kebab or dürüm here again!
