worst unpleasant experience I've ever died at one. the barista had really sweet purple haare and I could not wait to tell her until she literally only acted as if I were not standing there as I was invisible. she made talks with the customer before me and took her time to make her drink, then she also took her time slowly cleansing up and any article she had used as if I had not waited several minutes.
