Starbucks Coffee - Anchorage

The service was excellent, and the lines moved quickly. The staff was very friendly, and they perfectly handled my special drink order, which can sometimes be tricky. Overall, a great experience!

I had the worst experience at this restaurant. The barista had really nice purple hair, and I was excited to compliment her, but she completely ignored me, as if I were invisible. She chatted with the customer ahead of me and took her time preparing their drink, then slowly cleaned up her workspace as if I wasn't waiting. When she finally came to take my order, she suddenly couldn’t hear me. I had to repeat my simple order four times. Throughout the entire interaction, she didn’t smile at all, and it felt like my drink was made with pure disdain. I definitely won’t be returning to this place.

I am picky about my coffee and always order for 2 or 3 other people who are also. the baristas here are happy to make our special articles and even make suggestions and share them with them. this is one of my favorite start-up locations!
