The best pho I've had in a while ... super fast with the order too

This place is something special. I have never been disappointed eating here. The shear variety will keep you coming back trying something new. The quality and quantity is sure to satisfy most. I tried the Pho and loved it. I got the super bowl and have two days of dinner out if it. My go to spot for Pho thus far.

They are not causally understaffed, so don't be surprised when their server looks like they hate their job and them. we were not the only ones that were opened after 5 minutes too late and they were with takeout and dune in slammed. our server told us that the vegan menu was on the back. there is no one, but there is a vegetarian curry menu (this is not all vegetarian). our server has told us inaccurately which curries are vegan until I asked them to check. 10 min later they said that the red and yellow and the massemann are vegan. when they get lunch, they find out if the suppe is vegan. they did not appear in the position to make the moving pommes vegan, maybe they do not make any accommodations when they are busy.

We ordered takeout and the person on the phone was super knowing what was vegan and what was not. note that the yellow curries are vegan, but the green and red contain both fish sauces despite on the vegetarian part of the menu. There are oyster sauce and fish sauce in many dressed, but he helped me with what was best to order and offered to give fresh tofu instead of fried as the fried tofu used the same oil as the meat.
