I visited the drive-thru at this restaurant, and the gentleman who assisted me was very pleasant. There was a car in front of me at the window that moved up to the door, and I assumed they were waiting for their order to be delivered. After I paid for my meal, I moved up to the door as well. No one was wearing gloves while handling food, which is quite concerning and unhygienic. It's really unacceptable to touch people's food with bare hands. Additionally, the ordering process inside the restaurant was extremely slow. View all feedback.

Service was horrible, drive through no one said anything just gave us the food didn’t even say the total. No straw, missing a drink and the sauce I asked for. I love Wendy’s the one by Santa’s village has better service and I mostly see teen workers.
For a fast food meal Wendy's are the best in my opinion with options for any meal. Conveniently located on a Tollway interchange attached to a gas station.
The food is usually very hot and fresh, and the service is fast. My family loves the crispy, seasoned breakfast potatoes!Parking: Tons of parking.Wheelchair accessibility: Appears to be wheelchair accessible with a low sidewalk near the entrance. However, didn't see a wheel chair button for the door.
Very upscale compared to the former Wendy's from my childhood.
This is not the first time this has happen I do like Wendy as my favorite yet ether the employee Dont care about people’s order or there job yet every time for break we order food and almost every time they always mess up the order ether giving us something we didn’t ask like this for example this wasn’t a baconator or we would be missing something ,look I get it a fast food job yet if u Dont like it then why work there and leave stop ruining other people meals if you can’t do things right or Dont love your job ether way I have to say this is embarrassing for you guys cus how can this always be happening and next time I do order there in person I will have a talk with some one cus honestly it’s ridiculous yeah nobody wants to work at a fast food place but yeah if it’s only source of income you can make then deal with it and put you employees face and attitude on cus that’s how you continue to have customers and more people come in yet when this happens you losing at the end .
