On August 2, 2022, at 7 PM, I had to hang up and call back twice before someone at Chili's Grill finally answered. When I asked about placing a to-go order, the woman who picked up was very rude. She said they were backed up and not taking any orders at the moment, suggesting I call back in 30 minutes. I really enjoy dining at this restaurant! The food is consistently excellent, and the staff is very courteous and diligent. The burgers are massive, and they serve generous portions of fries. They also offer fantastic deals like 2 for $25 and 3 for $10! I visit frequently and have never been disappointed.
It’s been a long time since we had a family meal together, and to be honest, most of our dining experiences in recent years have fallen short, whether in terms of food or customer service. However, our dinner last week at Chili's in Algonquin was excellent. Our waiter, Jason, was outstanding! He truly made our experience enjoyable, and even my kids remarked on how fantastic he was.
Chili's has become a favorite of mine. They offer a wide variety of delicious dishes, and everything I've tried has been tasty. The restaurant is always clean when I visit, and the decor is beautiful. Plus, there are numerous TVs showing different things to watch. Each table has a mini tablet that allows you to pay and play games, which are generally enjoyable and help pass the time. There’s trivia, quizzes, and fun games for kids, too. The servers are consistently fantastic, and I’ve never had a negative experience with them. The prices are great, and the portion sizes for entrees are quite generous. They have amazing deals, like the 3 for $10 which includes an appetizer, entrée, and drink, or the 2 for $25 deal that features an appetizer, two entrées, and a dessert. The food is always delicious; I usually start with chips and salsa and then order a burger or Cajun pasta for my main dish. It’s so good that I can’t get enough! The ice cream cookie sandwich for dessert is especially delightful. Overall, it's an excellent spot for almost any occasion. I even jokingly told my friend that I’d consider Chili's for wedding catering!
The experience was quite enjoyable. I believe the waitress should consistently provide straws with the drinks. Overall, I would likely come back to this chili restaurant.
The service was incredible, and the renowned server Sweet Lou truly exceeded all expectations!

Lisa truly exceeded my expectations with my takeout order, which had been incorrectly handled by DoorDash. From now on, I will be ordering directly from the restaurant. Thank you, Lisa, and your amazing team!
The food was decent, but the salsa was a bit too salty. However, the mango iced tea was excellent!

Our server provided excellent service, and we rewarded her with a tip. However, one family member found the food quality disappointing. The Chipotle Chicken Mexican bowl didn’t taste right, and when we raised the issue with the server, she offered to remove it from the bill. Unfortunately, the manager refused. Additionally, the salad was not fresh, and a family member later fell ill. We’ve been dining at various Chili's locations for the past 20 years, and this was one of our worst experiences. It seems customer service is not a priority at this location—otherwise, the manager might have replaced the meal or offered a refund. I hope the corporate office addresses these quality concerns.
