Two of the 3 meals had missing items, the 3rd meal, the pork chop was tough. We sat in the bar area and it was like sitting in an ice box. Love this place. We first visited early November. Love the ambiance of the lighting. Our food was delicious. I had the rainbow trout and Brussel sprouts were perfect crispy and flavorful. Ate there again last night and had the stuffed cod and my daughter had the crab legs. Both very good. Had the chocolate creme brûlée, this was good but prefer the traditional. Will come back here more often. Very friendly staff. Food: 5

This chain consistently maintains high standards. The food is outstanding, the restaurant is clean, and the service is impressive. Our server, Zvictoria, was truly exceptional.

So disappointed. Used to go to Bonefish with confidence of receiving a good meal. Not so yesterday. Ordered the Ahi Tuna Poke bowl that was served with lettuce over warm rice making it mushy and missing any Asian flavoring. Service was scarce.

Service has fallen off badly. Tonight we were never offered dessert, second round of drinks or coffee. Server took order never seen until check dropped. Had to ask for bread plates since bus boy dropped but small plates never provided. Food served lukewarm, poke bowl bland shrimp pasta dish weak flavor. Place was slow 8:45 servers horsing around hostess desk kitchen staff having thumb wars while food sat. Been customer since they opened but last 3 visits have been disappointing. Will go back to Port Edward for seafood.

I felt compelled to write this review because I was truly impressed and pleasantly surprised with our takeout order last night. It was my birthday and my son wanted to treat me to dinner. I suggested getting takeout from Bonefish and we decided to order the bang bang shrimp dinner. I was amazed by how well everything was packaged and the generous portion of food we received for the price. I will definitely be ordering from Bonefish again in the future. Bonefish needs to do a better job of managing its reservations on special occasion days. Although our meal was up to Bonefish 's usual good standards, we had to wait 20 minutes beyond our 5:15 p.m. reservation time to be seated, and we had to flag down a greeter to get cutlery and napkins (she initially told us that they were in the process of folding napkins, but found two moments later). The restaurant was packed and they 'd obviously overbooked their reservations. Further, it did not appear that management was attempting to move groups out that had completed their meals. In the future, we 'll avoid Bonefish on special days like Mothers ' Day.
This was the first time we've gone to Bonefish Grill. My family loved it. The food service was excellent! Can't wait to go back!
We had an outstanding evening. We were seated a few minutes before our scheduled time on a Friday night. Our waitress, Mary, was extremely helpful. Service was wonderful all evening. My swordfish was so fresh and my wife's shrimp and scallops entree was equally delicious. We even had key lime pie, shared, for dessert which was also tasty. Total tab with drinks was $70. That included bang bang shrimp appetizer which is a MUST.

I Love bonefish, but the table they gave us was horrible!!!! They should remove the tables right as you walk in, horrible to be in the middle of how people have to walk in!!!

I love the food here. The spices they use are great and do not exaggerate the taste of the fish. My favorite apetizers are the bang bang shrimp and also the corn chowder. The staff is very knowledgeable and I am impressed that most of the waiting staff do not write up the order and will be right every time. And if you still have room for the desert... oh my... you're a treat! The ambience, the staff and the food and drink will take you back.
I was twice in Bonefish Grill and both experiences were top notch. Everything was great from staff to cocktails until dinner to desserts. Her fish is so fresh and ready for perfection, complimented by sauces and herbs to bring the best taste. We go back when the weather will enjoy the next season specialties. Thank you for making my men's birthday so special.
Bang bang shrimp is the best followed by all fresh seafood! Crab filled Alaskan cod was phenomenal!!! Bonefish never disappoints me. Cudes to the cook make them food a great experience all the time. Recently the watermelon martini tried and it is so refreshing! Thank you for taking us last minute for my husband's birthday!!! Randall location was great and the ambience great:
You're open for lunch now and that's wonderful news. The Winter White Cosmos is always a popular, so festive and tasty! The Superfoods Salmon Salad was very pleasant and perfect for lunch. Our server was personal and attentive, and we received excellent service. The manager stopped by to see how we enjoy our experience showing how attentive they are to make sure you have a great experience in their restaurant. Very recommended.
We started with the bang bang shrimp and it was delicious as usual. Definitely recommend starting with this. My wife had their special Artic Char and it was very good along with the wilted spinach and potatoes au gratin. I had the George’s Bank scallops with shrimp and Jasmine rice and wilted spinach. It was very delicious and both dinners were expertly prepared. We finished the dinner with a shared key lime pie. Our waiter Fernando treated us real well and kept us supplied with their delicious bread. Not our first visit and it will not be the last.
