When I arrived at the restaurant, I was informed that they couldn’t find my order and that I needed to go inside. Once inside, Jack tried to help me, but he was rude, argumentative, and condescending. His customer service was the worst I have ever experienced. He is a poor asset to your company! I will never return to this location again!
