This fitness center boasts cleanliness and well-maintained facilities, including a café, locker room, and basketball court. While many members appreciate the friendly and helpful staff, pricing can be a point of contention, especially with recent membership fee hikes. The atmosphere offers a welcoming community, although some patrons find political discussions disruptive to their workout experience. Classes, like Arora Aqua, receive praise for their engaging instructors, and personal trainers, such as Nate Cook, are recognized for their personalized approach. Overall, it's a solid choice for dedicated fitness enthusiasts, though family memberships may provide better value.

What Jonatan Blick dislikes about Life Cafe:
Was a member for 2 years until they increased my monthly from $75 to $99 credit card fees. Absolutely ridiculous price to pay for a single membership. The place is clean and well maintained, plus the facilities are nice (cafe/locker room/basketball court). The weights and benches are generally unavailable during peak hours, so good luck if you have a 9-5 job. If you have a family of 4 it might be worth your money. If... View all feedback.
Surrender class is amazing! Lifetime offers so many group classes, it’s really great to try a new one when your workouts get stale.
Nate Cook, my trainer excels at what he does!! He works with me to ensure I reach my goals. He is approachable, easy to work with, but also pushes me when needed. The facility is well maintained and the weight room floor is well organized.

Great place to work out. Very nice staff and very clean. Loved the pool and hot tub area. I totally recommend it!
