I had a frustrating experience at the Dunkin' drive-thru on August 21st around 1 PM. The employee at the window spent 12 minutes counting the cash register and texting on her phone. Despite my repeated requests for assistance from someone else, she kept insisting it would only be a minute longer, but nothing changed. Eventually, she accepted my payment but appeared confused. After wasting 15 minutes, I took my money back and left. This level of service is unacceptable.

I waited 15 minutes in the drive-thru with a mobile order. When I got to the window, the staff member informed me that my order would take a while and suggested I come inside. Once inside, I ended up waiting another 10 minutes. I brought up my mobile order again, only to discover that it had been sitting there the whole time. To make matters worse, 6 of the donuts I ordered were wrong, and my coffee was cold. There was no apology or explanation for the mix-up with the donuts.
