I have a cold brewery here and sucked it before my trip to Michigan. Nice and smooth, and it was not burned (in contrast to another really big coffee chain). Line was long, but I was quick. View all feedback.
What Sarah Keomany doesn't like about Dunkin':
They are ALWAYS skimping on the flavor swirls. Other places put 4 pumps in their large iced coffees and thats what it says on the label. This place they only put 1 pump of the flavor. You cant taste a thing! View all feedback.
The flavor swirls at this place are consistently insufficient. At other locations, they add four pumps to their large iced coffees, just as the label indicates. Here, however, they only add one pump of flavor—it's barely noticeable!
I ordered coffee with almond milk and no whipped cream. I repeated the order to confirm almond milk no whipped cream. The order came with whipped cream. I said no I can?t have whipped cream and they scooped it off. No I cannot have whipped cream. Then, Ifinally got a new order I think. They went out of sight. All that hassle and the coffee was terrible. They do not listen to thecustomer.
I waited for 15 minutes in the drive-thru with a mobile order. When I reached the window, the staff member told me that my mobile order would take a while and advised me to come inside. Once inside, I waited an additional 10 minutes. I mentioned my mobile order again, only to find it had been sitting there the entire time. To make matters worse, 6 of the donuts I ordered were incorrect, and my coffee was cold. There was no apology or any explanation regarding the mix-up with the donuts.
I had a disappointing experience at the drive-thru on August 21st around 1 PM. The employee at the window took 12 minutes just to count the cash register and text on her phone. Despite my repeated requests for someone else to assist me, she kept saying it would just be one more minute, but that never changed. Finally, she took my payment but seemed confused. I ended up taking my money back and leaving after wasting a total of 15 minutes. This is unacceptable service.
I'm not sure if new management took over or what but the sevice here declined SEVERELY ever since the nice Indian man left...the lines are ridiculously long and it took 25 minutes to get through the line, absolutely absurd for a coffee place. Once I finallygot up to the window I was met with attitude especially when asking for a straw that they forgot to include with an icedcoffee....I live across the street and will drive to a different dunkin for here on out
