This time, however, we encountered a server who was quite abrupt and informed us that the restaurant closes at 10 PM, even though the Google listing states it closes at midnight. During our previous visit, the kitchen indeed closed at 10 PM, but we had an excellent server who positively influenced my experience and rating. While it’s perfectly fine for a business to close early, it would be helpful for them to communicate this to customers rather than providing incorrect information about their regular hours. I recommend that this small business update their Google listing to reflect any early closures and ensure that their front-of-house staff is trained to communicate these changes to customers. It’s really that simple.
