It's a wonderful family-owned business. Our top picks are the Yankee Doodle and the Capicola Pomidoro. As for vegetarian options, I can think of three off the top of my head, all of which I've tried, and one has become my go-to choice.

Some rude teenagers handed me my food without a bag, which felt quite disrespectful. To make matters worse, the food wasn’t cooked properly, and that was really disappointing. I hate to be harsh, but I won’t be returning. I can't take the risk of food poisoning from undercooked meat. All I want is a well-prepared meal that isn't soggy or mishandled. I really hope they can improve their staff training.

The shop is small with just a few tables, so we decided to order and eat in our truck. The wait was worth it! The subs were excellent, the soup was tasty, and the chili was nice and hot, just the way we like it! The only downside is that it takes us over an hour to get there, which means I need to make the trip to Algonquin more often!
