I go inside to order and there is a line that is not moving and the staff looks like they are only working the drive thru, so I leave and go to the drive thru only to waitanother 10 minutes in a line that isn?t moving. I get it if they were understaffed but that is not excuse for such a long waitfor so many people.

The staff is usually excellent, although I occasionally run into an employee who doesn't quite meet the usual standard, but they tend to not stick around for long. The restaurant is generally well-kept, though budget constraints have limited their ability to maintain the interior cleanliness. Like any fast-food establishment, there are bound to be some hiccups occasionally—it's just part of the experience, especially when it comes to navigating the menu.

When she called, they... read more The staff at Wendy's were incredibly rude. My wife placed an order ahead for in-store pickup, but when she arrived, the doors were locked. When she called, they said her order had to be picked up through the drive-thru, then put her on mute and hung up. The staff at the window were unpleasant, and the whole process took over an hour. They refused to provide any receipt or manager contact information. It was even acknowledged that the phone was off the hook to prevent customers from calling. When we finally got through, an employee answered and mistakenly said, "This is Taco Bell." The franchise owner should seriously consider replacing the entire staff, as this isn't the first time such issues have happened at this location.

The cashier either didn’t know how much change to give me or was distracted by her phone, taking forever to return my change. I definitely won’t be coming back!
