I had the red snapper and my son had the rock steak. both were wonderful. we got an additional order of guac. shortened gurkens were unusual and tasty. the service was in the usually good, but distracted understandable in view of the fact, how busy the place is. she didn't go down to speakeasy, but would have if it were with woman or friends. will be back in la.
