We found vegos on happy cow during a trip. soou glad we made it! we had the best vegan meal here since we went home. my man ordered the bosque burrito and I ord... read more We found vegos on happy cow during a trip. soou glad we made it! we had the best vegan meal here since we went home. my man ordered the bosque burrito and I ordered the sincean burrito. we have both decided to hand that is held with chile in the burrito. the agua fresca watermelon and lime was super refreshing. we also got the sopa fries for dessert, which came out of the frit warm fresh. I was also delighted to see that they had gluten-free blueberry emanadas! I ordered one of these To-Go for my gluten-free mother. everything was so tasteful and delicious. The... read more I 've been a frequent customer at this spot for a few months now. Every single thing I 've tried on the menu (most of the items by now) has been fantastic. The staff are friendly, and the atmosphere is cozy. I would highly recommend either the Sandia burrito or the Garbonzorizo breakfast burrito. Did I mention the bang for your buck as well? Fries for $1.75. A HUGE burrito for $9-12. It 's definitely my favorite vegan spot in town, and I could not recommend it enough to anyone who enjoys New Mexican food.
