Ho... read more It was quite busy when we arrived, but we were seated immediately. After placing our order, we noticed an influx of new diners who were also seated promptly. However, after quite a while, we observed that several people who came in after us were already enjoying their meals. My coffee cup was empty, and we had been trying to get the attention of our waitress. Eventually, as most of the other customers finished up and left, we managed to reach our waitress and let her know we still hadn't received our order. It turned out that our ticket had been misplaced, so our food hadn’t been prepared. However, the staff was very responsive and took care of us right away, turning a frustrating situation around. I just wish the waitress had checked in with us more frequently to notice that we were out of drinks and had been waiting for our food for quite some time.

The food was not served simultaneously, and there were instances of incorrect dishes being brought out. Additionally, instead of addressing the issues, the staff found themselves justifying their actions and arguing with the guests.
