Description

Nestled in a vibrant neighborhood, this restaurant offers a mixed bag of dining experiences. While many patrons rave about the consistently delicious food, friendly staff, and a cozy, local diner ambiance, others lament poor service and long waits. Dishes like the chicken and shrimp fajitas receive praise, although some diners suggest a desire for more authentic flavors and proper portion sizes. With a fair selection of vegetarian options and a delightful horchata, the restaurant strives to cater to diverse tastes. Still, the inconsistency in service may temper enthusiasm, leading some to recommend caution when choosing this dining spot.

Food is very good, good variety as well. The wait is not long even when it's busy. The staff are very friendly all the time with great attitude. The place is very clean as well. Our 3rd visit in one month and every time we get great service and food. Keepup the great work.

This restaurant review is highly unfavorable. The reviewer encountered significant issues with the service at this establishment. They experienced a lengthy wait before their order was taken and for their food to be delivered. When they brought their concerns to the manager's attention, they received an unsatisfactory excuse and only a minor discount on their bill as compensation. The reviewer felt disrespected and concluded that the restaurant does not appreciate its paying customers. They strongly recommend that others avoid dining here, as it's not worth the expense.

The food was somewhat disappointing. I ordered the combo fajitas with shrimp and chicken, while my husband chose the burrito plate with beans. The fajitas were bland, and I would have preferred corn tortillas instead of flour. On the bright side, the horchata was quite good. Unfortunately, our server overlooked our appetizer, and the chips and salsa were just okay. I was looking for a more authentic dining experience.

The service at this restaurant was outstanding. We were served chips and salsa as soon as we were seated, and our drink orders were taken without any delay. Our waitress was quick to take our food order, and our meals were delivered promptly and were absolutely delicious. The Saturday special, huevos rancheros, was a fantastic deal and very satisfying. It’s clear that this restaurant is popular, as evidenced by the wait—there's a good reason for it. Overall, we enjoyed great service and delicious food. While the atmosphere could use a little enhancement, it was still pleasant.

I love Lollies. The owner always welcomes us and acknowledges us. We followed another, original, tenant to their new location. But 10 years going to their restaurant 3 times a month at least and they never acknowledged us and the regular waitresses were rude and acted like they hated life. Not at Lollies! They are very nice and smile. Great comfort food.
