There were no utensils provided, and my meal didn't come with any gravy for... read more I went to KFC in San Mateo on Tuesday for their special and was quite disappointed. There were no utensils provided, and my meal didn't come with any gravy for the mashed potatoes or the fried steak. The coleslaw was barely a spoonful. To make matters worse, the food was cold. I wish I had ordered before leaving, but I waited until I got home to eat. Overall, I had a terrible experience with the service!

I then drove up to the window and knocked, only to be told that they were already closed. If their hours say they're open until 10 PM, they should be open until then. I ended up losing $25 because I couldn't retrieve my delivery. This happened today, November 8, 2022, at 8:30 PM.

Went just before 7pm on a Sunday and was told they were closing and then went on a on a Saturday around 11:30 am and nobody answered the drive thru. There were cars in the parking lot. I will not being going back tosee if they're open a third time. Don't waste your time going here.
