I then drove up to the window and knocked,... read more I placed an Uber order from this restaurant and arrived at 8:30 PM to pick it up, but no one answered the drive-thru. I then drove up to the window and knocked, only to be told that they were already closed. If their hours say they're open until 10 PM, they should be open until then. I ended up losing $25 because I couldn't retrieve my delivery. This happened today, November 8, 2022, at 8:30 PM.

They state that the restaurant doesn’t close until 10pm but I’ve showed up countless times before 7pm and have been told by the employees that they are closed and are not making orders. Who ever the GM is needs to update the hours of the store if they are going to be closed before 7pm. I might as well just go to churches or Popeyes instead. At least they stick with the posted hours they have on the front door.
