Dion’s offers a unique, casual dining experience with a cozy atmosphere that appeals to many patrons. While the pizza and salads receive high praise, customer service has shown inconsistency, with frequent order inaccuracies. Some customers reported disappointment with presentation and staff responses, but many highlighted the friendliness of the employees and the management's willingness to address concerns. The food, made to order, generally meets expectations, especially for those seeking a quick, tasty bite. Despite operational challenges, loyal patrons appreciate the overall quality and are willing to return for their favorite dishes. A spot worth a visit, especially if you manage expectations.

Was Jason Burlingame at Dion's a mag?
This was my first time visiting this restaurant in Albuquerque, as I was only in town for the night. It was recommended to me by my Airbnb hosts. I arrived and assumed I could place my order, but quickly realized it was only for pickup. I called the restaurant while I waited and was able to pay at the window. They even brought the food out to my car. My only complaint was the wait, which they explained was due to a c... View all feedback.
What Jordane Mueller dislikes about Dion's:
Customer service from Milenials is sucks.I ask for garlic powder as I always do and was told they don't have.Yea right like that's not what they used on their garlic bread....Thank you for nothing... View all feedback.
The food was made to order, the personal was friendly and patient when we were the first timer. the dining room was clean and the food was good. we have no more restaurants like this in denver, thank you for a nice place to stop!
I had a lunch with all three of my grandchildren. They are very picky eaters, but we all enjoyed our meal. We had a pizza with half pepperoni and half cheese, as well as a large Caesar salad. Everything was delicious.
The sandwiches were tender and flavorful, but also expensive. Dion's, we expect fresh, high-quality vegetables and meat for the price we are paying.
This pizza spot is very unique and different! We were surprised by the casual atmosphere when we expected a more traditional sit-down restaurant experience. Despite the relaxed setting, we were able to order at the counter and then choose a bench to sit at. The seating options were plentiful and the decor had a cozy, old-school vibe. Since we were pressed for time and heading to a movie, we opted for slices instead of a whole pizza. The staff quoted us 10 minutes for our food and it was ready in 11 - not bad at all! The slices were delicious, hot, and fresh. It was impressive to see how busy they were yet still maintained great service. Overall, it was a fantastic first experience and we would rate it 5/5.
