Normally, I would rate this place a bit lower due to the seemingly overworked staff, but the quality of the food is simply too good to ignore. I believe the employees have the potential to provide great service all the time. Perhaps consider rotating your staff more often so that no one is overstretched in a single role throughout their entire shift? Or maybe you already do that? Given that this location is in a more affluent area, I can understand the type of customers your staff has to deal with, but they need to be mindful not to take their frustrations out on every patron.
