Liberte - Albany

I absolutely adore this restaurant! The chili garlic crab noodles and loaded fries are incredibly tasty, and the pink galah cocktail is exceptional. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this place.

At first glance, the outside of Liberte may not seem impressive. Located just around the corner from where I was staying in Albany, I had passed by it numerous times without giving it much thought, assuming it was just a typical pub. However, upon closer inspection, I discovered a beautifully decorated French-style dining room with an exceptional menu. My meal at Liberte was one of the highlights of my six-night stay in Albany.

This restaurant was an incredibly enjoyable experience. The food was fantastic and clearly prepared with care and passion by the chef. The staff were attentive and friendly, and the setting was quirky and charming. Don't forget to take your leftover crab noodles home for a delicious breakfast in bed! They also have a great selection of wines and cocktails. A must-visit if you're in Albany.
