What User doesn't like about Kate's Place:
I chose the smoked salmon salad to have for lunch and was quite disappointed when it came out. It should be advertised as a garden salad with option of smoked salmon or Cajun chicken. It consisted of a pile of lettuce, carrot, cucumber, and capsicum on one side of the plate and a pile of smoked salmon on the other. It was ok but definitely not worth the $17 it cost me. One of our most visited munch spots. We're just shocked it's not rated number one. We've had delicious food and friendly service on a consistent basis. You can even get a great view from the higher stools of the corner table in the right rear of the front room (see pic). We usually split a plate as the potions are generous. Enjoy (we sure do!)
