What User doesn't like about Brumby's Bakeries Albany:
I am extremely disappointed that this restaurant has been taken over by a private enterprise and they are no longer accepting Brumbys loyalty cards. Despite the fact that the same person is still running the business, I was told that I can no longer use my loyalty card with about $30 worth of points on it due to the change in ownership. I am extremely disappointed that this restaurant has been taken over by a private enterprise and they are no longer accepting Brumbys loyalty cards. Despite the fact that the same person is still running the business, I was told that I can no longer use my loyalty card with about $30 worth of points on it due to the change in ownership. I was advised that I can use it at other Brumby stores, which is not helpful for me as I live in Albany. I am frustrated that none of the staff informed me about this change, even though they were aware of my loyalty card usage as I visit the restaurant regularly. I have decided to stop visiting this restaurant out of principle and feel like I have been cheated.
