Our pizza came half burned for the children. we had to scrape it off.

We visited on a very busy Sunday afternoon, as my son wanted pizza they don't do pizza at lunchtime, which was a disappointment to him, then the service was...an annoyingly slow, but this got better. Food was very good but my pasta with truffle was far too dry. I complained and they brought me a replacement dish and this was the best I had in Alba. Great value for money, changeable service but friendly enough, so would return if in Alba..

Alba is a great city for gastronomy, but sometimes I just want a great pizza. we found locanda da gio in the historical center of the city and had a chance to h... read more Alba is a great city for gastronomy, but sometimes I just want a great pizza. we found locanda da gio in the historical center of the city and had a chance to have booked without. the waitress led us into the basement, but. my wife with a little hardships going down the steps offered us the table at the window right in the entrance that I found was very attentive in Britain this table would be the one that she likes to keep filled. we soon found the reason why they try not to offer this table when the entrance filled with natives who arrive to collect their Saturday pizza trip. it has not spoiled anything for us, in that I would recommend it for those who watch a little people. the service was good, our pizzas were excellent and we enjoyed a very inexpensive meal and drinks.
