I always enjoy having lunch at this restaurant. This time, however, I was disappointed to find a hair in my cookie. When I showed it to the staff, they offered me another cookie as an apology. Unfortunately, this incident has left me with a bad impression and I am not sure if I will be dining there again. View all feedback.

I haven't been to this restaurant in about 8 months, and unfortunately, the service has declined. When I arrived, there was no one inside except for an employee taking a break outside. I waited for 5 to 7 minutes for him to come back before I could place my order for 2 tuna subs. There was barely any tuna left in the container, so instead of getting more, the employee gave me half-scoops with a lot of mayonnaise. When I mentioned this to him, he only asked me what else I wanted on the sandwich. If I were not so hungry after a long day of work, I would have left. The previous employees were very friendly, unlike this guy.
I decided to visit this restaurant because of the hot weather this week. The fresh food and atmosphere were just what I was looking for.
The quality of this restaurant can vary depending on whether or not you pay attention to how your food is being prepared.
$14 for a 6 sub and medium pop. Where the heck did I dine? You've overdone it, Subway.
