I tried to cal... read more I ordered for picking up by ship, as I had no mask in the car I had drove. I waited outside for half an hour and no one came out with my command. I tried to call them several times and they did not answer to their phone. So without a mask, I had to go in to let her know I wanted to cancel and make sure I got a refund. I thought they were extremely busy because no one ever came out for my order and because they did not answer her phone. but there was no one. employees just stand around, but they ignored my handy/board order and ignored their phone. the manager didn't seem to bother. everything he said was that he didn't even notice my order and "care about it. I will cancel it here and it will automatically reimburse it.” he was very casual about it. he did not have to fix the situation, except the order to cancel on his computer. I work in a restaurant and am always patient with people in the service industry. I know what it is. but that was absolutely horrible customer service! I called her company number, as this location was obviously not interested. on the other hand, they were very nice and tried to fix things. that's my story.

The only reason why I writing a review for this one is... read more Look you go to one Panera you basically went to them all. Food is the same. Service is generally similar. The only reason why I writing a review for this one is they redecorated and it is HORRIBLE. The colors, the patterns are brutal. They had a wood barrier that separated the register waiting area from the dining room. They tore it down. Horrible idea for a couple reasons. This was a 5 star review before. Oh well.

The soup looked days old and reheated though it was room temperature when I got it. The sourdough bread was like thick white bread, just mushy. This place is way too expensive. Oh, and I got violently ill later in the day. I'm sure the soup was the culprit.
