Waited almost 20 minutes for food I paid $20 for and had added a bunch of extras too. Order was wrong and didn’t include any of the extras I paid for. Tried to get a refund. Manager said she couldn’t give me a refund????????? I asked them to remake the food and she had an attitude with me arguing with me about what extra cheese should look like. I was polite and kept calm the entire time. She was just not nice. and the girl in the window had a bad attitude too and hated her job. It may not be the most desirable job but when people are nice to you, be nice back to them. I said please and thank you about 10+ times to them and not did I hear one polite thing come out their mouths.

No fire sauce... read more Came in as soon as they opened. So it was a quick process, no one was at the front counter to greet me or take my order so ordered on the screen. No fire sauce in the bin so had to ask for some sauce. Could do better in service.
