Dunkin' - Addison
Dunkin'
Description
Dunkin' Donuts presents a dichotomy of customer experiences. While some patrons praise a specific location for its cleanliness and friendly staff, others report consistently rude service and order inaccuracies. Regulars have expressed frustration over incorrect drink orders and indifferent responses from staff members. However, a standout moment emerged when one location successfully handled a large last-minute order of 1,200 Munchkins, showcasing excellent service and commitment to customer satisfaction. Despite its prime location and drive-thru convenience, the chain's service quality appears inconsistent, prompting some loyal customers to seek alternatives for their coffee cravings.

If you're just after an iced coffee, this place is acceptable, but I wouldn't recommend ordering food. Everything they claim is "baked fresh daily" is stale and probably several days old at best. I was served the most stale and disappointing everything bagel (with all the toppings scraped off) along with the driest egg I've ever encountered. To make matters worse, when I called to discuss my experience, the person on the other end argued that it had just been baked a few hours earlier. I'll definitely be avoiding this location in the future.
We ordered two bacon and cheddar omelette bites but were mistakenly served spinach ones instead. It was a huge letdown when we took a bite, expecting what we had actually ordered.
This morning, I chose to leave one Dunkin Donuts because of the rude staff and went to another location. Unfortunately, I faced the same issue at this new spot. Dunkin Donuts should be more careful in selecting the people who operate their franchises.
I recently moved to the area and was happy to find a Dunkin' Donuts nearby. Unfortunately, after two visits, I won’t be coming back. On my first visit, the man at the window was very rude and impatient. The next day, I experienced the same poor customer service from the same employee. I’ve been a loyal Dunkin' customer for 15 years, always ordering the same thing, yet this time the employee argued with me about my order and gave me a coffee with way too much cream. I’ve never felt this disrespected at a Dunkin' before. I’ve decided to take my business to the Starbucks next door, where I’m willing to pay a bit more for better service and respect. A very disappointed customer.
