The food used to be quite good, but our recent visit was a total letdown. Everything was excessively greasy and lacked flavor. We ordered shrimp empanadas, and they were soaked in oil; I had to blot them with a napkin to get some of the grease off. The only positive aspect was that the waitress was very friendly, which made me hesitant to voice my complaints at the time. However, looking back, I feel like it was a complete waste of money.
To be honest they use to be good last 2 times here the food was bad, got steak fajitas this time n it tasted like bad and meat looked old (can tell when old meat is cooked) didn't eat it.
This place used to be one of my favorite restaurants. But now after the remodels it's a very tight space that feels like half casino a quarter club and a quarter restaurant. I got the pastor burrito and would avoid getting it again. It tasted similar to what I imagine dog food tastes like. This place needs more space and better pastor. I probably won't be visiting again
Everything was excellent the restaurant is very welcome. freaking awesome customer service great food the waitress was totally awesome.
My husband and I went to Amada today and tried several articles on the menu. The menu is quite extensive and there is practically something for everyone! They have Mexican, Cuban and seafood dishes. We ordered the guacamole, Cuban empanadas, chicken and beef flautas, steak tacos, chicken tortilla soup and taco salad with pastor (substituted for chicken or beef). We also ordered some margaritas! Everything was very good. If you go, we recommend the pastor and tortilla soup. Both are very well seasoned and are super tasteful. The service was excellent and the restaurant was also very clean.
