Have been trying to give them multiple chances. Almost every time we have gone they are out of alot things which we have changed our options accordingly without hesitation. Then I ordered on app and then get there with sorry we can't make your food because we are out of tortillas and bowls for orders. Outstanding service with a welcoming and friendly staff.
The location is stunning overall. It's wonderful to find a vegan-friendly option halfway between Midland and Dallas.
During my visits over a couple of days, it seemed like many items were unavailable. Of course, that’s not the employees' fault. What I did manage to order was quite delicious, however. I personally prefer my food in taco form rather than in burritos or bowls. I hate to admit it, but I still prefer Freebirds over Chipotle.
Staff is super friendly! My sofritas bowl turned out to be amazing and they gave a good amount of food. One of the best locations I've visited.
Only the second time eating here since it opened but it was AWESOME tonight! The guy making our stuff was really friendly and asked how our day was. I am a sucker for great customer service! Yayyy Chipotle! :
