Reviews - Chipotle Mexican Grill
Reviews summary
Chipotle continues to evoke mixed sentiments among its patrons, revealing a blend of flavorful offerings and service-related challenges. While many diners appreciate the deliciousness and portion sizes of their meals, reports of unavailable items and inconsistent food quality tarnish the experience. Customer service appears to vary significantly; some encounters showcase friendly staff, while others highlight rudeness or indifference. Despite these issues, the establishment maintains a solid reputation for its diverse menu and calorie-tracking features. As the team navigates being overworked and underappreciated, diners hope for improvements in both food freshness and service reliability on future visits.

The food is excellent, but it's evident that the staff is overworked, understaffed, and worn out. This really affects the atmosphere. It's likely that they are also underpaid. View all feedback.

Have been trying to give them multiple chances. Almost every time we have gone they are out of alot things which we have changed our options accordingly without hesitation. Then I ordered on app and then get there with sorry we can't make your food because we are out of tortillas and bowls for orders. Only option was a kids meal and there's no way to tell you until you get here and you can call to get a refund. I tot... View all feedback.

Staff is super friendly! My sofritas bowl turned out to be amazing and they gave a good amount of food. One of the best locations I've visited.
Only the second time eating here since it opened but it was AWESOME tonight! The guy making our stuff was really friendly and asked how our day was. I am a sucker for great customer service! Yayyy Chipotle! :
I really enjoyed the system they have in place that allowed me to track my calorie intake as I customized my bowl. The food was excellent, and while the prices were slightly higher than most fast food options in town, I believe it was worth it. I would have rated it 4 stars, but the staff truly made a difference— they were friendly, helpful, and cheerful!
A large portion served in a bowl, taco or burrito. I got the bowl. The food was good. Good for a fast service Mexican food establishment.

During my visits over a couple of days, it seemed like many items were unavailable. Of course, that’s not the employees' fault. What I did manage to order was quite delicious, however. I personally prefer my food in taco form rather than in burritos or bowls. I hate to admit it, but I still prefer Freebirds over Chipotle.
I totally understand how hard it is with supplies, after a hard day then to order meal to be not as was ordered was a complete frustration.
I would like to start with this one point... If a restaurant attached to a big franchize name is unable to provide even a semblance of consistency, then how else am I supposed to rate it? The food is inconsistently good and inconsistently bad. The white rice occasionally comes undercooked/dehydrated, overcooked/burnt. The meat is sometimes super dry. Other times, I get an almost perfect burrito. The service is kinda trash. The inside is often dirty. Wouldn't recommend the place for delivery as you won't be able to get the issues corrected easily.
I had quite a disappointing experience at this location on Wednesday, December 21, 2022. It was my first time dining there, and while the burrito we ordered was enjoyable, I won’t be returning. The restaurant was in disarray, and the young staff didn’t seem to prioritize cleanliness. Given how many employees were working, I expected a much tidier environment. There were crumbs on the floor and tables, overflowing trash cans, and I only noticed the litter on the ground beside the trash can after I had received my order. It’s clear they need a manager who can take charge and enforce better standards, rather than just being a friend to the staff.
