My husband started ordering and the employee asked us... read more Just ordered in the drive through line. The guy at the window demanded that we acknowledged his greeting. My husband started ordering and the employee asked us again how we were doing. That?s ok but he wouldnt take the order until we told him that wewere well. So we ordered and the employee I guess assumed we knew how to order. This was the first time we were there). Hisattitude was that we were asking dumb questions. He asked us to move to the front if someone came in behind us in the drivethrough. We had to move up. Totally fine still. The employee brought the food to us and told us ?Have a nice day?. Well he saidit very short and to the point and immediately turned and walked away. Didn?t thank us for our order or anything. I have workedwith the public and fast food for many years. This guy needs some customer service skills! The food order was correct. Andsmells great. I live 30 minutes away. Haven?t got home yet but I hope it tastes as good as it smells. I just hate to feel likesomeone is better and smarter than I am.

I took the steak cut the best pieces 7 bites) the rest my dogate. The flavor was really good I liked it. The chocolate cake I ate every bite. Expensive .

The person at the counter wasn't that enthused that I didn't seem to know anything. Wasn't that much help. But a lady in theback did help a little and then the food came out. It was very good. Steak express for a quick yummy steak dinner for thefamily. I can't complain.

Roomate Dosen't know the address so i told him the address while he was ordering meal the address. He gave the address to correct but leftout the street. He call back immediately tocorrect address and add the street. Thought we was good after giving the corrected information. We waited for our meal. Therewas no meal so i called to check on order TEXAS STEAK EXPRESS was closed but answered phone. I spoke to cook about our foodthey mentioned they tried to call back but got no answer so they cancelled order. I said there must some mistake so the cooksays the order was cancelled but will fix order i tried to order a dessert but cook said there closed and made 20 percent at1030 last night. We waited for order 1hour and 1/2 called back nobody answered and no food no food was delivered. This is myfirst experience with Texas Steak Express. Everything in Abilene closes at 10 and 11 oclock. Im very dissatisfied. Twicedordered twice no delivery. We to bed hungry.
